I am more than 22 years’ successful experience in collection secretary / administration, customer care, I am dealing with Administration duties (attending to telephone and email enquiries; screening calls; making appointments; guiding clients to relevant units).

I am making copies, faxes and safe keeping of the maintenance of filing system. I am ordering of office stationery and liaising with suppliers. I am dealing with client stats collation and report drafting.
