Thembisa L Phandle

I  am Thembisa Livia Phandle I possessed a Degree in Social Work and Social Administration and Post Graduate Diploma In Public Sector Monitoring and Evaluation. I acquired more knowledge and skills, and an in-depth- understanding and alignment with the organization’s space focusing on a comprehensive approach from a patient-centered perspective.

From April 2006 –February 2014, I worked for different non-governmental organizations to perform data management duties and simultaneously oversight in data users. From March 2014 – February 2021, I was employed by the Department of Health as Monitoring and Evaluation Supervisor, oversight on daily operations and complying with pieces of legislation that guide our daily performance. My duty is to oversee bottlenecks and come up with remedial actions when I identified that lost to follow(LTF) indicator in the management Facility Report is performed above the set target( 3%) which set the target below 3%.
