Provide ICT support service to the provincial Office, District Offices and all health Facilities within the Northern Cape Province.

• Attend timeously to all Requests, Incidents and Problems logged through the ICT Service Desk.
• Provide first line and/or telephonic support to end users.
• Identify on-site computers, printers, other peripherals and network problems, report and/or resolve them accordingly where possible.
• Configure, deliver and setup of new and/or used computers, printers and other peripherals.
• Develop and maintain new systems and/or enhance current systems as and when required 
• Personnel and Salary Administration System (PERSAL)
• Basic Accounting System (BAS)
• Logistical Information System (LOGIS)
• TIER.net (HIV/AIDS System)
• ETR.net (TB System)
• Web-based District Health Information System (WebDHIS)
• E-mail, i.e. GroupWise 
• Maintain and monitor DHCP server 
• Maintain and monitor Email server
• Configuring Ubiquiti and TP Link access points 
• Linking access points to Vodacom VeloCloud

Compilation of hardware and software inventory.

• Compile hardware and software inventory as and when required.

Perform administration duties as delegated by the supervisor.

• Ensure that all requests, incidents and problems are logged on the ICT Service Desk system by the supervisor 
• Complete ICT Equipment registers.
• Complete ICT Equipment removal forms.
• Complete Activity Sheets

Computer: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Programming: Java Programming, HTML programming, CSS, JavaScript, PHP Programming, Oracle Database queries. 

Team Player: I find it easy to work with different people with different personalities and also let other people to take part by taking out their ideas. I take a group as the best place to learn, as I get involved with different people. 

Independent worker: As much as I can work in a group it is also much easier for me to shift from the group to individual. I always make sure that I manage my time very well to complete my work in time. I also make sure I do the right thing.

Communication: I communication very well with people, it does not matter whether it is social media or in person. I use simple language and words that will sit well with people.
