Make travel Arrangements for the PMO team .
Process claims for the PMO team 
Verification of Invoices for service providers for payment purposes, make a follow up on payment  with SCM and Finance .
Billing  and payment Reconciliation using spreadsheets with the deliverables  from the service providers.
Drafting of project report for payment purposes,drafting of decision register and  SteerCo Meeting Register. 
Onboarding of  project resources.
Project Documents management control,uploading of  projects  documents on SOLMAN  and on internal share drive.
Soft copy filling on Share Drive  and hard copy filing on leverage file.
Analysing of the Fitgap document  with internal  business analyst.
Assist with the project  planning, business strategy and business case drafting. 
Act as point of communication /contact  between the internal stakeholders and the service providers
Assist the project managers with budget monitoring, actual versus budget expenditure and reporting
