Maintain Human Resource (HR) files, records, and documentation Take ownership of the logical setup of the HR related files on Box Ensure that current employees contracts/information are rolled over into a new folder for each year they are employed Provide admin support to the Finance Strategy Manager (FSM) in terms of HR processes ensuring leave balances back to what is recorded on LabourNet while also performing periodic audits of HR Assist with payroll functions, collecting timesheets, leave forms, doctor’s notes and recording unpaid leave Act as a liaison between the FSM and the Managers at Thanda site in terms of HR/payroll queries
