I am a dedicated IT professional with over seven years of experience providing technical support at TBFS (The Best Funeral Society), underwritten by Hollard Life Insurance Co. I recently completed my National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) at Jiyana Secondary School, and I am pursuing an IT Engineer certificate to further deepen my expertise.

My role at TBFS has equipped me with extensive knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining safety standards, and performing daily backups. I am skilled in installing, configuring, and testing both hardware and software, and proficient in Office 365 and various MS applications. A notable achievement in my career includes leading a project to enhance our data backup systems, resulting in a significant increase in efficiency.

I thrive in fast-paced environments and am known for my strong communication skills, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail. My ability to collaborate effectively within teams and work under pressure has been a key factor in my success.
