• Assisting Buyers to get the best finance on their mortgage loan and best interest rates by originating their bonds through the Banks.
• Giving weekly reports to the seller and feedback on their properties in terms of the market feedback.
• Doing the needs analysis to identify what the client is looking for in the property he or she wants to buy.
• Advertising all the properties on sale by way of electronic media, property websites and all the relevant areas of advertisement.
• Putting up the for Sale Boards on all properties on sale or rent and making arrangements to show-house on a weekly basis to expose the property on sale or rent to as many people as possible in the market looking to buying.
• Helping property developers to buy land in good localities for their new developments.
• Helping the Seller and Buyer to have their property transferred from one person to the other by arranging for the best conveyance of property transferring Attorneys.
