• Experienced in working with local and international clients such as VALE, Sedgeman, Rio Tinto, SASOL, Exxaro, Anglo, BHP Billiton and Eskom
• Experience in managing subcontractors
• Currently based in the DRC for ERG Africa managing all the Capital Project from a contractual and commercial perspective
• Previously based on the KZN Sands Project as a Contracts Manager with a Project value of R2, 5bil. 
• On the Kusile Power Station Project he was responsible for handling of claims on behalf of MHPSA. Amounts of +/- 80 claims were submitted of which he personally settled 13.
• Offers experience with legal letters and dispute resolutions on projects   
• Offers a 100% success rate in managing claims 
• In 1993 – 2005 he was Practicing for own account. Duties included:
