Greetings! I’m Teacher James, and I’m delighted to be your chosen ESL/TEFL tutor. With my extensive experience, I’ve had the opportunity to guide a variety of students, each advancing at their unique speed. As a seasoned educator, I offer a broad spectrum of courses and teaching approaches. My lessons are customized to meet the requirements of my students, whether they are teenagers, adults, or children. I offer CV guidance, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary assistance, and prepare students for various interview types, including those for Sixth Form, University, and job interviews.

My classes are enjoyable, welcoming, and communication centric. I employ a range of teaching techniques, such as conversation practice, role-playing in real-life scenarios, debate or speech practice using mind

For teenagers, I concentrate on 21st-century skills, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and comprehension. For adults, I provide conversation practice tailored to their hobbies, interests, travel, work, and lifestyle. I also teach Business English and English for beginners.

My classes cater to a diverse group of learners. Whether you’re a nervous, shy, anxious learner aiming to gain self-confidence, an individual aspiring to speak English fluently in a native country, a professional seeking career advancement, a family or individual planning to move abroad soon, or an IELTS candidate aiming for high grades, I have a course for you.

For children, I offer a 1:1 interactive course suitable for all ages. My objective is to instill confidence in my students, create a fun, relaxed, and friendly learning atmosphere, and exhibit a great deal of patience. For me, teaching is more than a profession; it’s a passion.

Over the past 7 years, I’ve been involved in church-based outreaches where I taught English to numerous children. In 2017, I was in the northern part of Chiang Mai, Thailand, teaching English to village children. I’ve completed my schooling up to Grade 12 and earned my TEFL certificate with 180 hours. I have 5 years of in-person teaching experience on camps and outreaches, and about 5 years of online teaching experience.

I’ve recently completed 16800 teaching hours in the last 3.5 years and earned my Grape seed certification. In addition, I’ve been honored with the Best Teacher award 6 times, 3 for best trial teacher and 3 for best teacher, and I’ve achieved a 5-star teacher rating.
