Leveraging my academic work in MEng Computer Engineering and software engineering experience, I excel in problem-solving within the AI domain. My expertise spans projects in data science automation, 3D semantic segmentation, and virtual reality. With my MEng dissertation in its closing stages and a journal article currently under peer review, I am proficient in both theoretical research and practical implementation. I'm passionate about bridging academic research with practical applications in AI to drive societal advancements.

My role as a Software Engineer at Isazi Consulting has allowed me to excel in full-stack development and data analytics. I've engineered frameworks for automated file ingestion and data cleaning, significantly enhancing workflow efficiency. My contributions have directly impacted the productivity of data scientists, demonstrating my capacity to deliver high-impact solutions in a professional setting.

Pursuing a MEng in Computer Engineering at the University of Pretoria specialising in Computer Vision, my thesis research includes the implementation of a platform for 3D learning using PyTorch and a novel algorithm for multi-perspective fusion. Additionally, I worked on the AELMSVR bursary project to fund my postgraduate studies, a VR project to simulate mining scenarios, implementing dynamic 3D rendering in Unreal Engine. I also earned first prize for my BEng final year project, where I developed a self-learning jigsaw puzzle-building robot. I completed my BEng in Computer Engineering with distinction and achieved 2nd position in my degree.
