I have plus 20 years experience in the medical health industry. I have worked as a credit /accounts controller in the hospital industry ( Constantiaberg Mediclinic and Newlands Surgical Clinic) with experience in billing in Doctors rooms, hospital industry to claims assessing, quality controller and team leading in the medical aid industry Medscheme and Metropolitan Health. 

Im passionate about customer service and team performance. I have a passion  multitasking and leading different key performance areas and empowering my peers. I like to ensure company objectives are met. I have been working under a very highly pressurized environment to ensure service level agreements are met and scheme complaints fed back within 9 hours of receipt. 

I have a variety of medical aid and billing and accounts experience in the medical health industry for over 20 years.
