I am a highly motivated, confident and hardworking youth development practitioner who is passionate about the corporate world and is eager to learn and develop her skill. I am dedicated, enthusiastic, and reliable in the effort that I put into my duties, very proactive with a focus on solutions. I possess excellent communication, problem solving, relationship building skills, a genuine team player, group focus -big picture thinking and ability to work under pressure. I value assisting clients ,customer service via telephone and email correspondence. I posess general reception duties like , greeting customers, answering telephone, directing calls ,taking orders and manage the delivery process Generate quotes and invoices , correspond with couriers , Up keeping of office – stationery, telephones, internet, printers and Filing.

I’m a youth development practitioner with extensive work experience and a  dedicated  career to empowering young people through various educational and community programs. I have successfully designed and implemented initiatives aimed at promoting personal growth, skill development, and social engagement among youth during my work integrated learning. My work often involves collaboration with schools, non-profit organizations, and local government agencies to create supportive environments that foster positive youth development. I am a  practitioner that is skilled in mentoring, counseling, and program evaluation, ensuring that my efforts lead to measurable improvements in the lives of the young people I serve. My commitment to fostering resilience and leadership in youth is evident in the lasting impact I have on the communities i worked with.

Completed my Matric in 2019, Enrolled at the university of Venda in 2020 were I studied my four years  Honors degree in youth development. Graduated In May 2024 from the university of Venda.
