I am a professional that has been in the motor industry atleast for the past 14 years and part of my responsibilities has been dealing with people, administration, doing weekly stats for the team and also attending internal and extrenal meetings. Conflict resolution and also leave management. Capturing of dealer and Ciustomer information in order to issue authorizations and also scrutinize information to make sure that what has been sent to the department is relevent and if it needs to be escalated to sernior management that can be done but most of the escalations from the team would be directed to me. I manage my tasks from the urgent to the least but no task or query is not important and so are all the people coming for any assistance.
I strive in helping people with any issues / queries that they may have. I beleave I am good communicator, fair and also assertive. In every thing I do I make sure that the team I work with we all have a harmonius working enviroment.
