When it comes to art direction and design, I’m obsessed with finding considered creative solutions to complex communication challenges. My drive to create work that speaks to people through the universal language of design keeps me going (and occasionally keeps me up at night). Who doesn’t love looking at a great piece of communication that just works, I know I do.

- Conceptualise and execute fresh and exciting TTL creative ideas.
- Solve briefs conceptually with relevant market insights.
- Work closely with copywriters and designers to develop and create new, inspiring and exciting work.
- Execute social, digital, video, print, OOH, branding, and packaging content.
- Pitch new work and identify proactive opportunities.
- Sell ideas and concepts.
- Build strong and effective client relationships.
- Localise international brands, roll out campaigns, and ideate across all touch points of the communication ecosystem.
- Oversee projects from concept to final sign-off and/or flighting.
- Manage and mentor a team of creatives to ensure creative excellence throughout the agency.
- Stay on top of branding, marketing, and social media marking trends.
- Work closely with and report to the ECD and CDs.
- Manage multiple varying-sized projects seamlessly for high-profile clients.
