About Tarryn Johnson:

My strengths is that I enjoy working as part of a team, have good customer service skills, excellent communication and organisational skills. I’m able to recognise where support is needed and would go above and beyond to assist when necessary.

I’m consistant in achieving the main KPI and all the other metrics to exceed the set departmental targets.

This will allow me to contribute and assist with the companies sufficientcy,quality and to adhere to the companies values. 

My previous company I was a temporary SME that helped me improve my skills that contributes to being a quality coach.
Assisted agents by completing side by side coaching’s when support was needed. This allowed me to be able to move into the role to assisted with Detractor Analyst.

Currently, I help my colleagues who need assistance with queries and when they need support.
I have been assigned to work on multiple queues. This is to help with queue control, making sure all queues are being worked daily.

I have experience in filter through customer’s letters, which means I go through all letters we receive from customers and assign it to the correct department. I assist the customer service agents with dealing with letters, supporting them when needed, as well as assigning the work to them. I keep track of the queue by monitoring the work that has come in and making sure it gets worked in the relevant timescales.

I am skilled to assist customer on multiple platforms, as I have been trained and have experience on Calls, webchat, whatsapp, emails and letters.
 

In the past year, I have moved to different departments within the company and achieved all my KPIs.. I am a fast learner and make sure I ask for support when it's needed. This ensures me, to get my work load completed and I can support myself and others when it is needed. 


 

Experience

I have experience in customer service, detracter analysis, filtering through letters and assigning work. 

I had training in collections and within current company management training.
