Since 2006, Neo provided BCM & Resilience Services to over 20 organisations. The work included:

•Exercise and Test Observation (as done by an independent of observer) – for assurance over an organisation’s BC capability (e.g., to support King IV disclosure, to aid compliance with the Prudential Standard: Governance Of Insurers (GOI) 3.2, etc.);

•BC Exercise and IRBC Test Facilitation – facilitating various types of BC exercises and IRBC tests (including live simulations);

•Development and establishment – assisting clients to define, develop and establish a BCM Programme or an Information & Communication Technology Readiness for Business Continuity (IRBC) Programme;

•Training - facilitating various types of professional BCM training; and

•Maturity / Gap Assessment – External or Internal Audit’s Review & Self-Assessment of an organisation’s existing BCM and IRBC Programme (which involves questionnaire-based interviews, documentation reviews, process assessments and reporting)
