My name is Tamera Sunny, I have recently graduated with my bachelors degree in Information Technology (bscIT) and although I may be a graduate I believe I possess all the expertise and experience needed to excel
in your company.
The reason why I will be best fit in this position is because for the past 2 years I have been working as an IT intern at Liberty Life in the networks department where I learnt a variety of skills such as network management skills, performing maintenance checks of IT systems to ensure proper functioning, LAN, WAN and switch configuration and setup, hardware/software configuration, standard trouble shooting and much more.

My experience also includes a vast knowledge of MS office applications mainly MS word and MS excel, therefore I can prepare data spreadsheets, graphs and charts.

Working in the call centre industry (CCI) also broaden my skills as I used live chat to provide thousands of customers support for network and connectivity issues where I solved issues in a quick and efficient manner so clients got back up and running in no time, I helped customers using knowledge base and updated/changed customers
profile on the database.

I also work marvellously be it independently or with a team and I adjust easily to new situations/environments therefore moving to the middle of the ocean is a dream, I am very adaptable.

I am currently interning in liberty life IT department for the past 2 years. 
The first 6 months I worked in end user support, dealing with clients helping them reset passwords, accessing WiFI, updating their computers software or helping increase computer speed but clearing cache etc…

For 1 and a half years I worked in the network department where I’ve learnt to configure switches, set up lan, run basic diagnostics and troubleshooting, ipconfi, traceroute, dns check, database management, physical examinations of server and network room etc..

I attended Richfield graduate institute of technology, I have a bachelor of science degree in information technology and major in business analysi, I studied from year 2019 - 2022. My grade average is 90%
