I have been working at Zando as a senior returns agent for about 7 years. 

This involves processing of customer returns, admin, data capturing, sending and receiving emails, resolving customer queries, working on reports etc.

Successfully completed: RETAIL MANAGER GENERAL - SKILLS PROGRAMME. Awaiting Seta Certificate.
