I am currently an admin clerk and have been working as a returns agent for about 7 years.  I wish to further expand my knowledge and experience. I am always seeking growth in life and knew ways to better myself as an individual.  Amongst other things I am innovative, flexible and hard working. 

I have been working at Zando as a senior returns agent for about 7 years. 

This involves processing of customer returns, admin, data capturing, sending and receiving emails, resolving customer queries, working on reports etc.
