Social Worker; Social Care Worker

I am seeking to leverage my academic achievements and work experience at any organization that will offer me the position I have mentioned above. As a doctorate student, I am able to render social work and social care services with regard to care, support, protection, and development to individuals, children, and women with complex mental issues, at-risk, and those from marginalized communities. I am able to provide training, mentoring, and coaching services to Service Users under the guidance of my superiors. I am able to perform administrative functions in order to ensure the effective and correct record keeping of cases. I am able to attend meetings and provide feedback and specialist advice. I can participate in personal and professional training and development initiatives.

One of the practical challenging experiences I have carried out was working with children with challenging behavior. The experience was quite challenging but I manage to come up with practical solutions and ways forward which helped me to be able to manage such challenging behavior in the future. I also participated in personal and professional training and development initiatives. Recently, I attended Ethics training at school which enhanced my research and development skills to harness my personal and community development at home and abroad.

The position as a social care worker or social worker will broaden my ability to keep an eye on “wide lens” work and academic issues while simultaneously tracking the details that constitute the bigger picture. This will also help me to apply pragmatic lateral thinking to my work; a talent that will lead to effective and novel solutions.
