I am an agile HR Generalist that oversees different HR processes and I come with 10yrs from the Manufacturing, Sales Engineering and Commercial industries. I have worked for multinationals and come with knowledge of Global processes in these industries, I have worked for companies like Aveng Manufacturing,Alfa Laval, and Green Yellow SA. I manage the Employee Life Cycle from Recruitment & Onboarding, Talent Development, Compensation& Benefits, Benchmarking, Succession, Transformation, Training and Retention Strategies.
