As indicated in my enclosed resume I had different responsibilities ranging from as a Senior Administrative Clerk at the Department of Health that includes,attending quarterly meetings at various provinces ,performing administrative duties that is arranging for meetings, writing minutes and memos,doing filing,doing traveling arrangements answering telephone and attending to emails.Then at Home Affairs as Chief Administrative Clerk and Civic Services Supervisor my responsibilities included ,doing Late Registration of Birth with most cases referred to the department by Social Workers .
Overseeing the birth ,marriage and death sections,ID and Passport sections and I was a committee member for adjudicating Letters of Good Causes that were done by foreign nationals after their permits have expired
