During this time, I gained valuable administrative experience, including handling data entry tasks, preparing invoices, and maintaining organized filing systems. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for capturing and analyzing data, creating spreadsheets, and tracking financial records; PowerPoint for developing clear and engaging presentations; and Word for drafting formal documents. My strong communication skills were demonstrated through regular interaction with clients and internal teams, where I handled inquiries, relayed important information, and ensured professional and effective communication across all levels.
 

Experience

Completed 30 days of practical experience as an Administrative Clerk at Mandlezulu Combined School, where I supported daily office operations, performed data entry, prepared and processed invoices, organized student records, and handled correspondence. I utilized Microsoft Office tools to maintain accurate documentation and demonstrated effective communication skills in assisting staff, students, and parents.

 

Education

I obtained my National Senior Certificate with a Bachelor’s pass, qualifying me for university admission. My subjects included IsiZulu Home Language, English First Additional Language, Mathematical Literacy, Life Orientation, Dramatic Arts, Life Sciences, and Geography.
 

Diploma in Public Affairs, specializing in Administration of State, providing a solid foundation in public administration, governance, and organizational processes. The program developed my skills in policy understanding, administrative functions, and public sector communication.
