Stephen Zagey

Stephen is a co-founder and Financial Director of the Siyathembana Residential Group, a rental housing company with 1200 residential apartments self-constructed and
managed in-house in the Johannesburg Inner City. Stephen is also a co-founder and
Financial Director of SoHo Property Fund, a company that focuses on the roll-out of social housing developments. Previously Stephen was CEO of the Brian Falconer
Property Group, a group he helped grow from R50million per annum to R600million per annum until he successfully negotiated a sale of a majority of the shareholding in the
company to an international firm. Stephen increased the revenues of the above
group by being entrepreneurial and creating a number of company’s, including a Kitchen Installation company and a Civil construction company. Stephen is a Highly accomplished, results-driven Entrepreneur with more than 18 years progressive experience in management and ownership of various company’s, as well as having
the demonstrated ability to streamline financial operations that drive growth, strategy
and increase efficiency.
