I have nine years' experience as a debt collector. My responsibilities have been to:

• Advise customer of total due amount (arrears + instalment due).
• Ask for immediate payment/confirm PTP.
• Confirm when next payment will be.
• Confirm salary date and ensure correlations between salary date, PTP date and date last paid.
• Advise customer of the relevant consequences of non-payment or benefits of making payment. - Negotiate for total due/Multiple PTPs.
• Offer the option to pay via credit card and explain benefits of paying via credit card.
• Offer a debit order and explain benefits of a debit order payment.
• All info updated correctly and correct action codes used.

My highest qualification is Matric, Computer literacy certificate with Microsoft Thint'million and a free online empowerment program in Advanced diploma in Digital marketing at Alison school.
