I am Sivuyile, from South Africa I'm in possession of a BSc Complementary Medicine and Health Science degree. I further specialised in a Naturopathic medicine. I obtained a 120- hours TEFL certificate.
I am a positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook on life. I love my job and I get a great sense of achievement from seeing my students develop and grow as individuals. Teaching is my life's passion, and I have been instructing students of all ages for years as a tutor and mentor. If I have a positive impact on their future, I know and feel I am doing my job well.

Wellness advisor assess the physical fitness and overall health of targeted groups of people. After conducting this evaluation, we use available resources to generate customized activities that are designed to produce measurable as well as intangible health improvements.  We liaise with registered dietitians and certified nutritionists to educate people about the proper fuel that their bodies need to function optimally. Dietary based activities could include classes about healthy food preparation, clean eating choices and even organic backyard gardening. Many health and wellness clinics have access to scales, body mass index readers and laboratory tests. These resources help wellness coordinators to keep track of individuals’ progress towards their personal wellness goals.
