I am a very passionate and easy to get along individual with over 22 years of experience in haemato-oncology nursing. I am guided by 6 Cs, that is Care, Compassion, Competent, Commitment, Courage and Communication throughout my career and that has made me one of the most caring nurse in cancer care.
Experience
I have over 22 years of experience in Haemato-Oncology nursing. I have had an opportunity to work in United Kingdom and have competencies in chemotherapy and bone marrow stem cell administration. I also managed one of the busiest haematology outpatients in United Kingdom, that is King's College Hospital NHS Trust. I have had an opportunity to be part of Oncology Nurse Navigation at Netcare Limited and first of its kind in South Africa.
My skills and knowledge include cannulation, care of central lines, chemotherapy and stem cell admiration.
