Hello, I'm Siposethu. With a strong background in client relations, sales, legal admin, operations managemen, administration and customer service. I've honed my communication and interpersonal abilities to an exceptional level. I've learnt the value of time management, organisation, and swiftly attending to client demands from my work as a front of house manager and customer service assistant. The most aspect of this role I believe, is the Effective communication and establishing a rapport with potential clients. Establishing calls is only one aspect of appointment setting; other aspects include establishing a good first impression, paying attention to the needs of the customer, and making sure that meetings are efficiently planned to aid in the sales process.


 

On thing I had to do recently that was challenging is that, in the previous company I worked for in recruitment, I had to handle a large number of client enquiries while rapidly learning a new CRM system. The difficulty lay in striking a balance between productivity and learning a new system. By spending more time learning the system and streamlining my routine with productivity tools, I was able to overcome this. I learnt how to be flexible and solve problems under pressure from this experience.


 

Lastly, one thing I believe I do exceptionally well that others is building solid client relationships through attentive listening and transparent communication. For example, I regularly exceeded goals in my prior position by comprehending client’s needs and offering customised solutions. My genuine ability to connect with others makes me stand out and produces outcomes.
