Works methodically and with an organized approach to achieving project objectives catalyzing employment creation, and improving livelihoods through impact programmes among entrepreneurs mostly youth and women. My main driver is my passion for social development, contributing to sustainable initiatives to eradicate poverty in marginalized communities by providing support to grow businesses and create jobs.

My background has prepared me to excel in this role, from organizing audits and communicating with stakeholders and project teams to leading programs and ensuring compliance. With 10+ years of solid experience championing grants management in different sectors to contribute to skills development, employment creation, and making an impact in improving the livelihoods of beneficiaries who are the main benefactors of the programs or projects I have implemented, my communication and time management talents, position me ready to thrive in this challenging capacity. I have a degree in Business Administration Majoring in (Finance and Investment), an Honours in Business Administration, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management. I also have the following IT Qualifications: ICDL (Microsoft Office Package), A+, N+, Java Programming, and VB.Net and Risk Management. I am always willing to learn, and I believe quality takes time and dealing with obstacles head-on.
