- Dashboard monitoring – Ensure that all calls assigned to Service Desk Team are attended to and resolved on time.
- Documentation – Assist with documentation of the Service Desk processes, KM documents etc. Ensure that correct templates are used when responding to clients
- Monitoring trends – Monitor the type of calls received and logged and report on trends.
- Provide technical support to SASSA users by answering their calls and attending to their Mailbox.
- Respond to Incoming request for IT support Reset and Unlock Password for SASSA user on Active Directory
- Unlock Biometric Account on Active Directory.
- Logs Calls on Ivanti for Field Service Engineer (FSE) to Assist with BAS, SOCPEN, BRM ,Biometrics, ERP , DOWBOX,MIS , LOGIS, Kofax, skype , MS Teams , Antivirus and Adobe Reader
- Log Calls on Ivanti for the Network area which is affected for that specific local site Log a service request for New Installation of Printer /3G connection Update the email signature for the user on Active Directory
- Log calls for Audio code phone,3 COM and 3cx Phone
- Log Calls for VPN new set-up for SASSA users. Logs Calls for Anti -Virus update for SASSA Users.
