I have worked for uMlalazi Municipality & Midlands Community College: At uMlalazi Local Municipality, I supported Communication and Media coordination activities, assisted with stakeholder engagement, and contributed to maintaining a positive public image. I helped prepare municipal publications, documented events through photography, responded to enquiries, and supported the Mayor’s social media profiling. I also assisted with event planning, research, and general communication tasks within the unit. At Midlands Community College, I support Marketing and Communications activities by contributing to content creation, designing newsletters and graphics using Canva, and preparing the social media content calendar. I assist in maintaining a positive public image of the college through event coverage, photography and media coordination support. I monitor social media engagement, respond to enquiries, and support internal communication processes while assisting with event planning and maintaining the college events calendar.
