Experience

• The attendance of weekly meetings
• The scheduling and co-ordination of monthly marketing meetings
• Co-ordinate and complete follow up actions on Sales Calls
• Co-ordinate and complete follow up actions on property inspection
• Compilation, co-ordination and implementation of adhoc marketing strategies over and above the MARKETING PLAN should the need arise for a specific strategy in a particular segment
• Ensure that all actions included in the MARKETING PLAN has taken place on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis
• Create, load, and update all GUEST, Agency and Company profiles as per the prescribed Head Office Standard (HSWP).
• Merging of duplicate GUEST profiles.
• Responsible for daily welcome letters and welcome signs.
• Monitoring & replying to GUEST comments on all 3rd party websites and guest feedback program
• Dealing with requests promptly to ensure the Acquisition and Maintenance of GUESTS by exceeding the GUEST’s expectations.
• The use of various Social Media channels and applying it to the business
• Responsible for the maintenance of the hotel’s GUEST history databases across all market segments
• Overall assistance in the Marketing functions at the hotel.
• Compiling statistical data for further analysis.
• Compiling statistics for the Sales TEAM.

Education

Matric

Higher national diploma in business – BTEC Level 5

BA Degree in Business
