• Dealing with requests promptly to ensure the Acquisition and Maintenance of GUESTS by exceeding the GUEST’s expectations.
• The use of various Social Media channels and applying it to the business
• Responsible for the maintenance of the hotel’s GUEST history databases across all market segments
• Overall assistance in the Marketing functions at the hotel.
• Compiling statistical data for further analysis.
• Compiling statistics for the Sales TEAM.
