I’m a professional quality assurance agent, having worked in the public sector. i have experience in the customer service industry of 5 years and I’m pationate abo my work 

 

Experience

I was previously working for one of the biggest stat owned companies namely Sentec as a Quality Assurer which Included field work, In detail the job required a hard worker who is determined and pays attention to as it was such a huge project no mistakes were expected.

l used to work in the customer service industry and I had been an assistant manager so I would do coaching and call listenings for the team 

listen on calibrations and provide detailed reports in the absence of the superior 

Education

I have matric and a legal secretarian qualification from Northlink College
