Meet a dynamic and resilient individual with a rich background in food safety, quality and hygiene. My journey began at CPUT doing Consumer Science: Food Science and Nutrition, where I honed my skills and laid the foundation for my future endeavors.

I then moved on to Nutrific, where I excelled as a Quality Controller, ensuring the highest standards were met and maintained. My keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence proved invaluable during this time.

But my ambition didn’t stop there. I took a bold step and started my own yogurt company, showcasing my entrepreneurial spirit. I didn’t just create yogurt; I innovated, introducing unique and exciting yogurt variations that set me apart in the market.

When COVID-19 restrictions hit, like many others, I faced challenges. But I didn’t let this setback define me. Instead, I adapted and pivoted, returning to the market as a Head of Food Hygiene: Hygiene Technologist at Lotus bakeries SA. This move not only demonstrated my versatility but also my resilience in the face of adversity. I obtained internal audit, BRC and GMP certificates from Merieux Nutriscience.

 I am pursuing my year last of  BCom Law degree to incorporate legal knowledge into the field of food, gaining a thorough understanding of food laws and regulations, as well as honing my critical thinking skills in interpretating these laws and regulations of food.

In me, you find a blend of creativity, resilience, and adaptability. My expected salary is industry related.
