Loraine Pachai

I am passionate about education and changing our nation for the better, through positive influences. Over my 20 years of experience in the education sector, I have learnt to use my skills to enhance the learning experience of my learners and colleagues. I have had the privilege of working with amazing schools and management both local and abroad. It is my belief that together with my educational and business experiences, I can offer any institution a unique set of skills to bring a fresh, new perspective to the position I fill.

It is my firm belief that I am the ideal candidate that will be able to deliver outstanding results and share expertise in developing a life-long learning mind-set. I am passionate about every task that I embark on and my commitment has always been a quality that has been noticed wherever I have taught. Recently I was privileged to complete some online courses that enhanced my technology skills and I learnt how to improve my lessons through the use of technology. The CTLI courses have been inspiring in giving us tools to improve all aspects of curriculum delivery. My attention to detail is commendable and I enjoy administrative duties tremendously.  You will find that I am eager to expand my knowledge through continued studies and workshops.  

I am a Grade Head with years of experience in curriculum delivery. My leadership style allows me to mentor others in a way that focuses on their core knowledge and building from that basis. I've been trained in IT and I am more than capable to integrate technology into my classroom. 

I am always studying and keeping abreast with all the newest and latest trends in education. I have studied at a specialised teacher training college for a 4 year Higher Diploma in Education, which is equivalent to a degree. I am currently studying towards a BCom degree in Human Resource Management.
