Campaigns and lead Management with more than 5 years of extensive experience in researching, engagement or relationship building, digital and direct marketing events such as webinars ,  strategic and tactical planning, implementation monitoring and reporting, in addition to that I have experience in working in customer service industry, from managing different teams to reporting and providing support to different stakeholders.
