Campaigns and lead Management with more than 5 years of extensive experience in researching, engagement or relationship building, digital and direct marketing events such as webinars ,  strategic and tactical planning, implementation monitoring and reporting, in addition to that I have experience in working in customer service industry, from managing different teams to reporting and providing support to different stakeholders. I have a passion for customer service. I am a hard work with the ability to learn, I am always looking for different opportunities to explore, this opportunity will open new avenues for me.
