I always loved working with computers and people hence my first job experience was data capturing even though it was one year contract with ABSA.

I then worked at Wesbank Car Finance as a Call Center Agent.

It was an Inbound call Center where I was handling customer queries regarding car finance.

I worked for KYC division (Know Your Customer), verifying documents for customers, recording any suspicious activities and reporting them to my supervisor.

I worked for Private Finance division, assisting client’s that were purchasing vehicles from private sellers.

I am still employed by Wesbank Car Finance but as a CCM (Customer Care Marketer) where I liaise/assist clients and bankers regarding new applications.

I load applications for clients struggling with internet.

I assist with dealerships validations for both employed and self-employed clients.
