From May 2021 to present, I have been working as an Operations Trainee in Manufacturing and Technical at CCBSA Phoenix Plant. In this role, I have conducted One-on-Ones, HR administration tasks such as attendance, leave and absence management, conducted GEMBA walks, GMP Audits in the plant, and interpreted Balance sheet and Income statement. I have also gained a solid understanding of Foundational Work Practice deployment within processing, and various tools and techniques such as Focused Improvement, 5S, Team-Work, Performance Measurement and Control, Autonomous Maintenance, Asset Management, Quality Management, Environmental Health and Safety.

From February 2019 to March 2019, I worked as a Warehouse Operator at Arcelor Mittal where I was responsible for checking forklift fuel and fluids, performing accurate daily stock counts, and reviewing SAP reports to ensure there were no variances between forward and reverse counts.
