- Assisted with installing new technologies and teaching end users how to operate them (Google programs, Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7)

- Responsible for granting permissions and mapping network drives
- Performed password reset and unlocks. Installed CAT5 cabling for LAN, installed switches and access points.
- Performed troubleshooting of Android technical issues on employee cell phones.
