I have over 5 years of experience in the Customer Service environment and in this time I have acquired the skills of excelling both in customer satisfaction and operational implementation with results. Being in the field for a while now, I have mastered all basic requirements needed in a customer service environment.

I have worked with international clients based in the US and UK and have assisted in various platforms including calls, email, webchat and social media.
