I am an accountant with six years of expertise in the fast-moving consumer goods market. I hold a National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting and have recently completed a BCOM degree in Supply Chain Management. I began my work as a Finance intern in 2015 and have seen my career progress over the years.

At Nampak Metals, our dedicated focus on cost analysis revealed significant saving opportunities, enhancing our financial performance. My role as the Cost Accountant revolved around developing precise cost allocation methods and closely monitoring cost variances. These efforts, coupled with effective inventory management, empowered us to optimize our cost structures and maintain accurate inventory records.
Collaboratively crafting budgets and forecasts, we honed the ability to predict financial outcomes with greater precision. With a National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting and advanced skills in JD Edwards (Oracle) and Management Accounts review, my educational background and competencies contributed greatly to the effectiveness of the finance department. Pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain Management, I'm expanding my expertise in logistics and supply chain management, crucial for driving future growth and operational excellence.
