I am a fearless leader yet humble follower. I thrive to always achieve the best in any task I take on, ensuring that my colleagues/team grow from whatever experience we encounter. I have a democracy leadership style; I believe every idea or input needs to be heard at the very least.9 years of experience in this field has taught me a lot about networking, building, maintaining and growing relationships with current and potential sponsors. I love what I do, and I am always willing to learn from my work and surroundings.

Planned and executed sports festivals, sports awards, and sports dinners. organise the annual sports calendar and registration of all athletes where needed. I head the first aid club, where I ensure our pupils and teachers are trained in first aid, and perform their duties accordingly. I coach various sports where athletics is my speciality. I also manage the gym, ensuring machinery is working and it is being kept clean at all times. I manage the sports budget while making other revenues of income for the sports department.
