I have 8 months experience which i gained at Nylsvley nature reserve where i was doing my inservice training, this is a program that helps give student exposure to the working environment, i was working as a receptionist helping guests with their bookings either telephonically or face to face and I was also working as room attendant cleaning the rooms according to the standard of the reserve. I also worked as a waitress at the restaurant.

I have Diploma in tourism management which I acquired at vaal university of technology.
