Shawn Muchedzi

A proactive social worker who is passionate about helping diverse people from different backgrounds and cultures with a knee enthusiasm to see things until the end. I love working with individuals so they can better their livelihoods and families so they can function as a positive well-being unit. I am also ardent about group work practice for effective mezzo intervention, and community work so that communities can thrive both economically and socially. I am compassionate and driven which gives me the unique ability to engage with my work on a more productive and competent level. Communication and empathy are some of my strongest points which gives me the capability to engage and interact with clients and work colleagues on an inclusive and progressive level. I love working in a clean, efficient, well-organized, and hardworking environment. Organizations and agencies which strive for perfection, improvement, and effective service deliveries to service users are the type of environments that I am after.
