Shaunaline Baatjies

I am an honours student eager to start my career as an aspiring Industrial Psychologist. My career goal is to contribute to how companies can improve and promote healthy work environments for employees. With this in mind, I am eager to be exposed to the Human Capital field, and gain the necessary skills, knowledge and exposure in the process. 

I am a recent graduate and have no formal work experience

I recently completed my Honours in Industrial/Organisational Psychology at the University of Cape Town. The honours program focused on change management as well as the use of IBM SPSS. In addition, I completed a research project whereby I collected data and analysed and reported the findings.
