1. For the last 5 years I have been directly involved in recruiting (interviews), onboarding, training as well as records keeping of staff.
2. Performance evaluation of staff.

4. Employee support (staff come to me for advice), personal or work related matters. 
5. Conflict resolution 
6. Lead and set up of disciplinary hearings and compilation of reports for the hearings in line with labour law. Using external party who conducted the hearings. 
7. Exit interviews.
8. Dealing with sensitive / confidential staff information.
