Shannon Russell

I have worked in the lithographic printing, folded carton packaging, and the large format digital printing industry for 28 years. I started my career as an apprentice, and gradually worked my way into a managerial position. I have been exposed to many different printing processes over the years, and I have gained valuable industry and practical work experience.

I am passionate about the work that I do, and measure my performance based on production / sales outputs. I am motivated to succeed, passionate about the work I do, can work without supervision, but also consider myself a team player. I am confident in making decisions and communicating with people at all levels.

I have an eye for detail and accuracy, and encourage this amongst the people I work with. I enjoy the challenge of finding creative and alternative solutions to problems encountered in the workplace. I thrive on working in a fast paced, pressurised and result driven environment.
