I Shaleen Ramparsad  am a well- balanced, goal driven, motivated individual who is inspired by hard work and success. I have always been an academic achiever at primary, secondary and tertiary level.

My duties as a head girl at school has given me an insight into the requirements of leadership and this in turn has moulded me into a young dynamic leader. I am a passionate and ambitious individual who lives by the words of Mahatma Ghandi, “Be the change you want to see in the world”.

I have dedicated myself to charity at the Ramakrishna Centre, where the motto is Service to Man is Service to God, and to give back to my community and hereby perform and promote the principles of Ubuntu. This enables me to interact with people from all walks of life and enhances my communication and relations with people. I believe this will serve me well in the legal profession. I stand firm in my beliefs as an attorney which will enable me to make a dynamic, innovative and a positive impact in our society.

I am a passionate, enthusiastic and a competent attorney who can bring value and contribute to the growth and success of the legal profession as well as strive towards the moral regeneration of society.

Shaleen S Ramparsad 

I have has extensive experience in Litigation. In doing so i have been exposed to many different areas of law. My research abilities have improved. I have good organisational skills, ensured that deadlines are met. I have developed relationships with clients and understand their requirements.   

I have also been exposed to the insurance side of the profession. This involved negotiating settlement agreements with Insurance companies before matters are litigated. 

I have achieved a Bachelor of Laws Degree with a Deans Commendation.
