About Shafieka Allie:

I am a hard working reliable individual, In my working career in various positions held in the banking sector for over 15yrs I have experience in client services, financial administration, data capturing, balancing of suspense accounts. I have also worked as bond/mortgage administrator/Co ordinator. My passion is bonds/mortgages and to ser my client happy by building client relations and to maintaining it for future business.

I have more than 15yrs experience in the client services sector, 

Processing of Bond, overseas mortgages, I have experience working in the banking sector - branch environment, and have been exposed to client services, telling, enquiries and front office counter - first line of contact. 

The banking sector has shaped me and it was the core of my experiences.

My recent relevant education is on the job training. 

I have certificate of:

UCT: Professional communication and office management.

SA School of Law: Property Law and conveyancing.

Chartell School of Business: Certificate of Banking - NQF4 

Achievers school of business: Microsoft Word
