Tertiary Education: Durban University of Technology. Bachelor of Technology: Food Technology (Dec 2018 - Dec 2019). Research: Lipid oxidation and microbiological quality of frozen beef burgers incorporated with Mentha longifolia and Syzygium aromaticum extracts in comparison to a synthetic antioxidant.National Diploma: Food Technology (2015 - 2017). Major subjects completed: Food Chemistry, Food Microbiology, Food Product Development, Food Quality Assurance, Food Process Engineering. Secondary Education: Marklands Secondary School (2010 - 2014). Subjects (Bachelor’s Pass): Maths, Accounting, Physical Science, and Life Sciences.
