As a food service professional with over twenty years’ experience in the Food safety, Abattoir and meat production industry.

Due to my talent in leadership, collaboration and learning, I believe that this job could be the perfect opportunity to employ my abilities and grow as a management professional, all while adding value to the organisation.

Not only am I a team player, but I also pride myself in my ability to take initiative, work independently and foster positive change. Throughout my experience in multiple Managerial position, (Operational Manager, General Manager, Quality assurance Manager), I am thankful to have achieved some successes.

Managing an A-Grade abattoir in such a manner, winning the National Department of agriculture’s Hygiene awards 10 years consecutive running.
